SUMMARY:Run for the Tatas
DESCRIPTION:The Wilmington Surgical Associates Run for the Ta Tas presented by Delaney Radiology\, is a 5K Chaser Race and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.\nThis is not your typical 5K – a Chaser Race is a unique format where women start first\, giving them a head start over the men. Men start exactly 2 mins & 30 secs after the women (Hint on the name: Run For the Ta Tas).

SUMMARY:Swim the loop
DESCRIPTION:Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach are beautiful in the months of September and October. The race will take place 12 day into the fall season and hurricane season does not end until November 30th. The average air temperature is 75° with an average water temperature of 75-79°. The average wind speed is between 5-10 mph and usually comes from the Southwest. On race morning the expected sunrise is 7:16am with a high tide of 4.96ft at 8:14am. \nSwim The Loop starts and finishes at the Dockside Restaurant\, which is located on Airlie Road (Wilmington side of the Intracoastal Waterway). The race will start at a high tide to ensure an even\, but challenging tide pattern throughout the 3.5-mile swim. Don’t be fooled though; there will be times of incoming tide\, falling tide and some slack tide.
